The Jamestown Lodge
WEDDINGS
The Lodge is available for weddings. The Architecture & The Grand Two Story Open Room with a cathedral stained glass dome ceiling, 2 massive fireplaces, wood columns, corbels, grand chandelier, stage & loft lend itself for a beautiful backdrop for photo sessions & your special day.
The Space must be paid in full and in advance to reserve your special day along with a deposit. The cost of the rental is non refundable. The deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage to the space & it is left clean.
The space will hold up to 350 guests. Possibly more.
Great care & cost was taken to restore this Historic Building. Please do not use tape or glue of ay form on any of the woodwork.
Please watch your guests & their children so they do not deface or ruin the building. You will be held responsible for any damage. It is recommended you assign someone to keep a constant eye on your guests so that woodwork, counters & walls are not ruined.
Meetings/Corporate Events
Smaller spaces are available for rent if you do not have a need for the entire building as long as the whole building has not been rented for that day.
The Library provides just shy of 1,000sqft for smaller meetings. The gourmet chefs kitchen is also available for team building cooking projects, group cooking experiences & cooking classes.
You can reserve the great room for Corporate Speakers, Motivational Speakers & or a company retreat & musical event for your employees & their families.
The space must be paid in advance & is non refundable. A deposit is also required & will be returned as long as there is no damage & the space is cleaned after your use.

The Lodge is a great venue for raising money with a charity or a good cause. It provides an upscale feel & look for your charity fundraiser to help put your guests in a giving mood. Paired with music, some entertainment, food & you will make your guests feel they are at the charity event of the year.
Private Events
Intimate family holiday dinners or family reunions are perfect for The Lodge Jamestown. The Lodge is great for Holiday dinners & gatherings when your home is under renovation or you simply don’t have the room.

Catering
The Lodge Jamestown does not offer catering services. You can hire your own Chef to use our Gourmet Chefs Kitchen for prep, warming & serving your meals. You can also use the Kitchen when doing pot luck dishes.
Please take care to watch the Marble counters as they easily stain.
There is an additional charge for the caterer to use the Kitchen.
